When you call on this number, the call will automatically be disconnected after a couple of rings and you will receive the balance in your account through SMS. It should also be noted that you should have registered for this service. If you haven’t registered for this service then you can do so by sending a message on 9840909000. The content of the message should be YESREG <Customer ID>.

Checking Balance through SMS

To check the balance in your Digibank account, you can send a message on 77767 with your registered mobile number. The format of the message is BALANCE <Last Four Digit of Account Number>. On sending this message, you will receive another text in reply and the text message would contain the details of your account balance in real time.
